Upon Arrival
- Unbox immediately
- Hang cuttings in a shaded, well-ventilated area (avoid direct sunlight)
- Allow to acclimate for 2–3 days before repotting

Replacements and Returns
- Report issues within 24 hours with photos and video of the unboxing
- Covers cuttings that arrive severely damaged
- Does not cover minor transplant stress or cosmetic imperfections
